As a security technology company, data protection is particularly important to us. This concerns above all the data of legal entities, since we sell exclusively to resellers and specialist installers, but not to private individuals. Of course, we also take the greatest care in handling communications about private address data records (for example, if you provide us with the delivery address of your customer in your order): Our employees are obliged to maintain secrecy about all data acquired.
The data transmitted by you will be used exclusively for the processing of orders and our own marketing purposes. A transfer to third parties will only take place if this is absolutely necessary for processing (e.g. to our external parcel service).
Newsletter
Special prices, special offers, information on new products and other important information will be sent by us by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you. We use our "Newsletter" for this purpose. We therefore recommend that you activate the "Newsletter (optional)" checkbox when creating your customer account. If you do not wish to receive a newsletter or no longer wish to receive one, you can unsubscribe at any time without giving reasons.
Cookies
To enable you to view prices, download documents and place orders, our system uses so-called session cookies. Session cookies are small units of information that are temporarily stored in the main memory of the visitor's computer. In a session cookie, a randomly generated unique identification number is stored, a so-called session ID. In addition, a cookie contains information about its origin and the storage period. These cookies cannot store any other data. The session ID is used to compile your orders in your shopping basket.
There are also permanent cookies in order to be able to recognize visitors even after a long time. This information is then stored as a text file on the hard drive of the visitor's computer. In contrast to this, the session cookies used by us are deleted when you end the session. If you close the browser window or call up another page, your shopping basket will be reset. The shopping cart contents collected up to that point must be recompiled if you end the session but have not completed the order process.
Dealing with Cookies
Cookies can be controlled with all Internet browsers. Most browsers are set so that all cookies are accepted without asking the user. If you wish to use the shopping cart function, you should set your browser to accept session cookies. If you reject all cookies, the shopping cart cannot be used to collect different items and login to your customer account is not possible.
